Bill me thinks somebody is padding the prices. We were just at an RV show this past weekend and there were some nice 5vrs there - SOB as no Montana's was there but they would have a MSRP price of$45,000 and a show special of $25,000. When you get to looking at the unit, $25,000 would be pushing it for me. So makes you wonder where tha MSRP comes from. But I guess there is the poor soul who see's the MSRP and the salesman gives it away, loses all his commission, just to move the unit for %10 percent off and the couple smiles all the way to the free campground for the weekend.
