Here's a photo of the OEM lights.
I replaced ALL of the outside clearance and tail/backup lights. Given a do-over I would likely eliminate the backup lights and go with 4 tail/brake lights.
It's a very easy project. However; one may be tepted to try some of the new thinner lamps, but Keystone uses the same 1-1/8" drill bit they use for EVERYTHING else and the fixture won't cover the hole. Also your lights require 2 wires, many replacements have only one.
