Diesel mechanic in Tucson

Well, I pulled my Monty from Santa Cruz, CA to Tucson. It started off as a very minor oil leak that wasn't really noticeable. After settling in for the night, I noticed a large oil spot under the truck, thought it was just an accumulation of small drips, no big deal. when we went to the park office there was another big spot when we came out, now a concern. I took it to two shops to get it checked out and both said it was the oil pan gasket, just what I wanted to hear. They both said they weren't comfortable doing it because it was a diesel, thinking now the specialist comes in and so does the cost.
One of them suggested Goldies Diesel repair on Oracal in Tucson. As I dragged my feet in and explained what I needed, Eric and Mike the owner said, lets see whats going on. Low and behold it turned out to be the IPC valve that was leaking thru to the electrical contacts where the oil was seeping. They said they couldn't work on it today because it was late afternoon and to bring it in tomorrow. Got there at 8 and was on the road by noon. E-Gads, my stars are still lined up, happy happy happy. Generaly lately I have been taking my truck to the Ford, but they couldn't see me til next week.
Really glad I got a third opinion and the right shop for the work. I recommend this shop because I felt comfortable talking and working with them. Good job Eric and Mike.
