We have a close friend who was very nearly killed by a chunk of ice that came off an eighteen wheeler going in the oposite direction. The chunk of ice came through his windshield and caused a lot of head trauma. Needless to say the police hunted down the truck driver, who didn't even realize this happened, and the company he drives for is paying a very hefty price for the driver not clearing his roof. This just gives us something to think about. btw....our friend is healing well after a long long recovery and not being able to work.
