Peeling "leather" furniture

After our most recent trip, we were cleaning the inside of our 2012 Big Sky 3625RE and noticed that the "leather" furniture showed signs of cracking and peeling in places where no one sits or there is no stress on its surface. This showed up even on the sofa, bar stools, and recliners (we are not full-timers). Alarmed at this, we called Keystone owner relations and told them of the problem. We also included pictures of same and were told to take it to our closest Camping World dealer for verification. The service writer submitted his findings (he thought the damage was unusual as well) and submitted it to his warranty manager for a possible "good will" repair/replacement service. There was also a request to repair the street side baggage door that is showing signs of bubbling paint (Just all of a sudden).
This was further submitted to Keystone and was quickly refused, with no explanation. I had to call Keystone owner relations several more times just to get a answer to why I was denied. We finally received an answer that was we were out of warranty.
We have since gotten estimates of repair from some local upholsterers ranging from $3800 to $6500 to recover all above items. These people said that "this is not leather, but a vinyl product". It is advertised as leather in the brochure.
No estimate on the door yet.
We will be attending the MOC this fall and plan on introducing our problems to the Keystone techs in hopes of some consideration. I will also have copies of all communications (emails and attachments)to submit as well. My concern is that, when I buy a high-end product like a Big Sky, I expect it to last a bit longer than most. I suspect Keystone would mind if some of the money we all paid would somehow "deteriorate" from their coffers and return to our accounts.
I ask if anyone else has had their "leather" furniture deteriorate and if they had it serviced.
Thanks for listening.
