Our 2013 3402RL is very stable when levelled. As davidaf stated, is it possible you're looking for "rock solid" when that can't ever be the case? Or there may be an actual problem. When I still worked at the GM dealership, if a customer concern seemed like it might be unrepairable, I always compared their vehicle with a like vehicle or even two from the lot. Take a drive to your dealer and compare your stability to another with 6 point levelling. That should cinch it for you.
