I have a 2018 3731. We ran RG6 from inside directly to convenience center connector, bypassing all splitters. (There is a diplex behind the entertainment center switch plate...bypass that too). If you bypass all inside splitters with a continuous RG6 cable, the convenience center connection WILL work.
