On our rig there is a hot(red) lead off the batteries that goes thru a switch mounted right behind them then thru 150amp resettable fuse and on to inverter. Switch should show green when on at top. Make sure your inverter is on too and verify fridge with shore power unplugged. Not sure on all model trucks but I think most have a relay that kills charging power to trailer charge circuit when ignition is off
