From the pictures, it looks to be the same design, same latching mechanism as the Companion. It appears to have two pieces, making it possible to be removed from the bed by one person. The only difference is that it attaches to in-bed-mounted rails instead of the the Turnover Ball receiver.
If I needed a hitch, and were okay with bed rails, I would sure go for it based on my experience with the Companion Hitch. B&W has also provided outstanding service after the sale.
