Auxiliary Fuel Tank Pump Control

I will be installing an ATI 46 gallon auxiliary tank (already ordered), and was planning on using an in-line fuel filter/solenoid/pump configuration rather than just gravity feed. But it just came to me that I will not have any way of knowing when the fuel supply to the pump will stop due to the tank being empty. And if the pump keeps running with no fuel, I assume it will burn the pump up.Does anyone out there with a similar pumped system have a method to cutout the pump (and solenoid) when the tank is empty?I didn’t want to mount an extra gauge plus wiring in the cab.I will be using one of the up-fitter switches to control the solenoid/pump. Is there an in-line float switch that I could install ahead of the solenoid/pump?Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance
