I found the issue. The metal handle on the frame and the latch on the window are not aligned properly. They catch a little but are not spaced properly to make a good fit. Bounce down the road, and the catch unlatches. I guess I can wait or just drill 2 new holes and reposition the pieces. Any suggestions?
