Tom, the "flitchit valve", is from a third party in China and have vexed Keystone for years. While mine still operates properly, I have replaced three "Svenson Valves" in my comode! Every time someone asks if they can use my toilet, I tell them "No", not till I get a new Svensen valve! Lol
