Thanks for the update. I would certainly send the findings to Keystone by registered mail. Give TEAM MONTANA a chance to get your money back. This was obviously not a warranty item since it was not a failure. It was a mfgr error, pure and simple. It may be a key to solving this problem for Keystone.
