Same here Waynem. I live 30+ miles north of Dallas and work in northern surburb of Dallas. Use to be a nice easy 30 mile drive thru the country to work. Now a traffic nightmare.
My town that was under 20,000 20 yrs ago is over 115,000 now. All the other what use to be small towns on the north side also have populations that have increased 5 to 7 fold in the same period. And no sign of slowing down.
But 4 more months and I retire. No more commutting, except with the Monty of course.
