2015 Montana High country
We have a 2015 Montana High Country 353 RL.
Both our large slides stop when extending or retracting. You can hear the thermal switch on the motor reset before you can continue. I've replaced the 50 amp breakers (near the batteries) but no luck. I've had it in to the shop and they say its a manufacturing issue. I called Norco (we have the Bal Accuslides) and they aren't much help as they say each manufacture installs them differently. Keystone say it's out of warranty but know it is a known issue (I've seen plenty of stories on the forums. Just wish I saw them before buying the unit).
The slide don't even touch the two rollers(only two, really? Shinteck uses rollers every 2 to 3 feet!). I took it to the local shop and they say the motors are pulling 80 amps and it appears the slide is rubbing on the floor which they say is warped. Are there any Norco Slide experts that can fix this? whether Keystone pays up will depend on my desire to get a lawyer. We are in the Ft. Worth, Texas area. Any help would be appreciated
