Ken,
You open your PROFILE and then insert this url in your signature block
[img}http://tinypic.com/f4pn9s.jpg{/img]
Remember you need to use the [ and ] instead of the {or}. I used the {and} so you could see their placement.
I found the url by right clicking on the image and then clicking view. Up in the path window the url path was displayed. I hope this helps.
