Six years fulltiming, never challenged on maintenance, to include jacking up the fiver and removing wheels. Re washing, never challenged on that, but NEVER use a hose, unless washing allowed. Wash with a bucket, ladder, and rags. Many campgrounds have wash racks within the park available for use. Standard routine for us to wash the front cap of bugs, etc upon arrival. Never been an issue.
