Ok here is how to get the best deal on a camper:

Research till you find the exact model you want.

Bid that model for CASH PRICE OUT THE DOOR NO TRADE between a bare minimum of three dealers preferably more. Make sure one is camping world and don’t be shy about going out of state! DO NOT MENTION A TRADE OR LOAN AT THIS TIME!!!! Work the dealers back and forth till you have the very best price. It doesn’t hurt to tell them what the dealers are offering. Don’t let them side track you by throwing in this or that. You want this to be a commodity bid war. This process may take a couple weeks to complete

Once you have the very best price then and only then bring the trade into the picture! And now you kick the deal around again between dealers!

Once you get the very best pricing you can negotiate the loan rates. I highly recommend kicking that between the dealers and a couple independent lenders

A lot of work yes but you will save thousands and know you got the best deal!
