I have a 575.00 bill in my wallet to remind me to roll the awning up in the wind. ;-)
Incidentally, I now carry a pkg of 16" long heavy zip ties, because when the fabric is torn there's nothing to keep the awning frame retracted. It's a sonofagun to get it folded back up and strapped to get home.
