Agree with Bob. Typically air leaking in the hose fitting not sealing well. Some have added a second washer. I, on the other hand, had to sand down my single washer. Mine did not have enough threads on the connection to pull it down tight.
Also I keep my antifreeze jug up at the level of the connection to reduce draw height.
