Dodge has problems with frame flex at the steering box, and poor component in the front end. If you have a part starting to wear or use the truck offroad much things start to loosen up. This things helps prevent some of that wear and just keeps things tight. I used my Dodge a lot on the farm, offroad and towing(90000 miles in 3.5yrs) I love the Ram, but changed this tear to the Duramax for my tow rig. We will see if I keep it, or go back to Ram in 2014, never have liked 1st year models and Dodge is making major changes for 2013 (frame, tranny,DEF system, air intake) all of which sounds like a winner to me. Just going to hide and watch the first year roll and make a more informed choice next year. I think Dodge will hit a homerun, and I hope next year to catch that ball :-)
