If we were sure we could be at the rally we would help with the event. we have already taken up co ordinator duties with another Rv organization due to the late confirmation of this rally.

My point is the agenda is already there. The post for this year can be the same as the post for last year.Number of grills, roasters, etc, One co -ordinator can do it with ease. All we had to do was ask for food donations and help and update the forum post every couple of days. Other than keeping up with the forum post don't think we had 3 or 4 hours of time (sams club shopping) preparation involved..
