The disclaimer language "not intended for full time living" seems to be about Federal regulations. House trailers, mobile homes and park models over 400 square feet have to meet additonal regulations about construction materials, technique and design. Smaller units (us) are not subject to those Federal protections/regulations. Since our "travel trailers" do not meet the regulations, Keystone wants us to understand they are not meant to. All very reasonable to me.
I full time in mine. My dealer knows it. All warrenty work has been done without hassle and completely to my satisfaction.
