I use l/2 time oven a lot -- the gas oven can really heat up Monty quite quickly. And also, I am not entirely confortable using the gas oven --- just a personal "quirk" I guess. Haven't used the convection oven at all but sure would not like to be without my l/2 time oven or my microwave oven -- both are used constantly.
