We are having similar issues with our furnace. Replaced sail switch, limit switch, and coach regulator. The only solution to this point is to lower the water column pressure of the main regulator to just over 10" water column, then the furnace burner will stay lit and heat the coach. In a short email conversation with Dometic, their response is "sorry, we do not offer tech assistance, but the furnace requires 11" of WC to operate." So we are still chasing the problem.
