I installed a double pole rocker switch in the board above the existing switches. The switch disconnects the power to the slide switch and the awning switch. I call it the main switch and it must be on for the slide or the awning switch to work. Wasn't a grandchild problem, it was the proximity of the switches to the my elbow. Seems that too often the switches would get bumped as we walked by the control center. Now we just have to remember to shut the main switch off after we use it.
