Get it to a Ford dealer..soon. I have an 05 F350 as does my daughter and her husband, I have had the turbo replaced and my daughter had their transmission replaced, all under warranty fortunately (turbo $1,000.00) Ford was very good about it, wouldn't let me take it from the shop, gave me a loaner and had overnight delivery on the parts, 1.5 days and I was back in my truck.
