I used a spot of airplane glue, a single spot on each end cap.

We also removed the two knobs on our 3295RK.

Campbud, I think they're the same shades everyone else uses. I just think the tension needs some fine tuning, like what OntMont did. That and locking down those end caps that tend to fall out and create big problems.
