Sue, yes, that was Glenn work, he did do good, and he did it as a surprise, just sent it to me! Sweet, eh??

Back on subject, I had one end cap pop off (SO FAR) in 3 years of use. I hot glued it back in! We have no drapes on our windows, just the day night shades, I am sure it is easier to put the shades up and down with no drapes, and I am gonna guess also less likely to pop that end cap off. But, as mentioned before, go slow and easy, two hands, pull the shade out a bit at the bottom, kinda curl it, Vicki R has a good way to explain this, and then up or down.

By the way, you can have a shade tear at the area where the lines go, and never have lost the little end caps, we had one self destruct, and we have no idea why, replaced under warranty.
