Art some campers have cables to move the slides. 4 cables to pull the slide in and 4 out. The ends are thin and and can pop off. If this happens you are stuck with no way to fix it. I make both ends that can be installed with simple tools. So yes it is a product I make. I spend several hours making them pay the postage even to Canada and send them out at NO charge. I'm out of pocket several hundred dollars but you are right it is a product I make in my shop
