Thanks for the feedback. Sure appreciate it. I think too we were quoted higher than it would end up being as we won't be towing it around for a couple years if we do decide to do this. Like you said too the State your are in and the year of the RV would play a role as well no doubt. Nice to get an idea if we are in the ballpark.

I know it is less if you have a home owners (stick house as well) policy.

Considering selling stick house, purchasing a Montana, living in it full-time locally so we can continue to live near my elderly father. Continuing to work full-time. Dreaming of the day we can head south for winter!
