We purchased a 2000 mountaineer a few weeks ago and took delivery last Friday. We are very excited and are planning our first trip for Sept 14th. I just got the nerve to back the thing into the driveway today!
I drove it over to an empty parking lot and practiced backing into parking spaces and then came home and got it lined up beside the house on the 2nd try. The wife couldn't believe it since I've backed into the neighbors fence with "both" our trucks! LOL
We spent the weekend outfitting our new second home with new dishes, pots and pans and linens. Hanging pictures etc just havin a ball.
We planned on camping out in it tonight but it's still muggy and quite warm here in the nations capital and I haven't run a 30 amp circuit to it yet so no AC. It's no fun "roughing it" in the driveway.
Oh well, Great site!! C-ya on the road!
