The receiver must have been an add for 2018? In any case, I cut mine off and added this one from Etrailer. (

I had the first one welded on and bolted the next two on including the one on my Montana. Rated for 350 tongue weight and 3500 towing so I'd assume it would hold your Gen. Took me about 3 hours and some cussing to install, but worth it in the end. PS: Thanks for your service. I did 8 1/2 in the AF myself. Got another 12 or so more in the civilian world before I get to add "retired" into my signature block!
