We took a trip into the city today, and visited a Home Depot Store. By chance, I noticed that they had a new item on display, - an Intervac Designs central vac. This is identical to the vacuum cleaner sold under the Dometic name, that is commonly installed in Montanas. They had the unit, various accessories and replacement bags. The bags came in a package of 5 bags plus one motor filter for about $13 Canadian. So, if the U.S. stores stock the same items, you should be able to pick up the same pack of 5 replacement bags for around $10.

I also noticed a new Lowe's under construction nearby. This would be the first Lowe's I have seen in Canada, although we have had Home Depot stores for many years now.
