If it is doing it with the on-board switches as well, resetting the remote board will not provide a solution. It is puzzling that the slides and the landing gear are exhibiting the same problem since they are independent systems. The only common denominator between the two as far as I know are the batteries, therefore your double checking them is a good first step. There have been many posts on replacing the auto-reset breaker in the battery compartment with either a larger breaker or doubled up in parallel that is connected to the slide circuit, but this will not help the intermittent operation of the landing gear. Sorry, that is the extent of my knowledge and it does not appear that it helps.
