Jeff, When I purchased my 5 er I had the Dealer install my solar system prior to taking delivery. They ran the wire from the panels down the "roof vent" for the refer and then placed the charging indicator under the refer in a panel area. It looks like the venting for you refer is on the side wall which could still work, but you might see some of the wire. I can provide you with pics if need be.
Will you be using 12v or 6v batteries for your system?
