We bought them at the big tent at the "Q". I love them. I just use a paper towel to wipe clean. I've done everything from steaks, chopped veggies to bacon and eggs. Just be careful not to get them too hot... the Weber Q is fine on high, my home BBQ would get way too hot for the mats.
