when i checked mine i had the same thing. they did a lousy job. mine had a couple little pieces of tape holding the ductwork on. taped everything and took out some of the bends in the ducts so the air could flow easier. one duct had about 3' too much length. everybody do yourself a favor and take the panel off in the storage compartment and check. mine was only four screws to remove. remember the straighter the run the better air flow you'll get.
