Looking for a "new" 5ver...Montana or not?

We recently sold our High Country 333DB...nice trailer but the floor plan is no longer ideal for us so...
We're thinking a bit shorter length (30-34 ft.) rear living room model and moving a bit upscale by buying used this time around. Looking for something very well maintained and recent model year (maybe '09-'12).
We saw a NuWa model we liked, but then happened upon the Montana 3075 and liked the large open floor space and bathroom layout.
I can't find any reliable specs for this model though.. any owners that have actual weights on this unit? Also, I see some '09 10th Anniversary Models around. Anyone know what that adds to the spec sheet?
I'm thinking I can tow that with my truck OK, but don't want to go any bigger or heavier than the 3075. Any other ideas are welcome though. Thanks!
