AN UPDATE
We are now back in NH & currently, the unit is being serviced from stem to stern by CAMPERS INN in Kingston, NH. I had emailed my list of problems to Keystone, they got back to me immediately & promised to square things away to make me a happy customer. They notified CAMPERS INN that I was coming in & they had a slot set for me to bring the 5ver down to them 1 day after 5 got back home.
So far, things are going very well & I am pleased with the respnse of both Keystone 7 CAMPERS INN.
