I've seen a few parks with $100/night rates but haven't stayed in them. There is an rv park near one of our children, and family, where it's one of three parks within driving distance where we fit. All three have similar rates.

At that park, we are there in the offseason. And we get the middle-priced site because we don't fit in the "cheap" sites. Keep in mind this park is a 4-minute walk to a Pacific ocean beach. Again, we're there off-season. And we pay $895/month plus electricity at 16 cents per kwh. That's the monthly rate. If we were there during the higher priced season, that same site is $2399/month plus electricity! And the park is booked full!
