Pricey - YES but free Wifi with an excellent signal, newspaper delivered to your door, free morning coffee, perfectly level pads, beautiful grounds (lots of grass), tennis courts, putting green alll in all a beautiful place. Most we have ever paid but never been in a place this nice.
