Like the plan in theory, but I could do without the front window. Like all single pane glass it will conduct heat and cold quickly making the bedroom temperature harder to control. I can see an aftermarket "bra" to cover it during transit. The lounge area could be more useful as a desk or home office/crafting area. But that's what we would do so I don't think Keystone will change it anytime soon. Don't need the firplace in the bedroom either. Gimme a dresser in it's place. The shower & bathroom, being down one step gives a vauable extra 8 inches of headroom while showering.... I like that... a lot.
