We do not use tank additives on a regular basis just Oder control when needed. This grey tank was not overfilled as it would have backed up into the tub and sinks.Two days of two people showering will not fill a tank let alone overfilling it. Use the extended warranty again of course that is why we always buy them but that means a month or more of down time.
