, yeah Bingo we have 2 sets of stairs ourselves and I got 2 notices saying I have not come in and fixed them ,so I called my Dealer to see How long to get the rig in to fix them and they said 2 weeks and they would Fix BOTH stairs,too long of a wait for me so I just fixed them myself SOOO in my case they Would fix both with the Recall
