awaywego might have something. I have seen that problem once. The roof membrane seemed to have gotten loose where the front cap meets the roof membrane and it inflated like a balloon from air pressure as it was towed. Not a pretty sight and I was parked as it zoomed by, so I couldn't let them know. Never saw them again as we continued on our trip. Tough thought since when you stop to setup, the air might release and one might not ever notice the problem unless it leaked when rain came and then it's too late. I know it's not something I check. Fortunately I have been known to get up on the roof just to check things are still solid.
Could that have been a possibility?
