On our fourth montana, initially disappointed with a myriad of minor issues occurring that were not experienced with our previous three. However after getting everything squared away, very happy with the unit. Keystone customer service however is not what it used to be. Even our dealer, from whom we have bought three units feels like they often get the runaround and slow response on warranty approvals and parts.
