You also need to make sure they can do hub centric balancing if not the road force. Many places are not set up to do it as 98% of the vehicles on the road are lug centric. And while you 'might' get lucky with getting a hub centric wheel on a lug centric balance machine, it's not good odds.
EDIT: On second thought, maybe they have the system but call it by a different name. Did you describe the process to them?
