Marv what year is your 3160? I will have to check but on our 2016 3160 RL LE it seems that all of our are steps are quite even in riser and of course treads. The only thing that I have noticed is depending on how high or low the auto leveling leaves the unit obviously changes your distance from ground to the first step. I would talk to your dealer or Keystone and order the steps like mine or Johns.
