Joe-- It could also have been possible spider webs in the burner and any movement may have freed it enough to ignite. IF the furnace had not been lit before that could have been the problem. I guess Four Winds RV is a dealer not to contact if problems come up. You might want to contact Keystone on Four Winds attitude and the Service Managers encouraging idea!
